Use the Site lawfully and respectfully. You must not violate any applicable laws, post harmful content, overload or attempt unauthorized access to the Site, scrape or data-mine Site content, or introduce malware or bypass security measures.

5. Allergen and Dietary Information

We CANNOT guarantee that any menu item is completely free of any specific allergen, including gluten, nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, fish, and shellfish. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens simultaneously and cross-contact is possible. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us directly before ordering at info@cafegeorgetown.com.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cafe Georgetown provides the Site and its products "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our total liability shall not exceed the greater of $25.00 or the total amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia. Disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration. Any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises.
